Had a big chunk of steak left from last night's Grilled Flat Iron Steak with Chimichurri Sauce dinner. That and some delicious sauce too. So I added a few more fixin's and put together an awesome Chimichurri Cheesesteak tonight. Some roasted peppers, a little queso blanco and a really good loaf of take and bake
