This isn't your regular run-of-the-mill gravy. This one is enriched with flavor by using one of the best red wines out there, a Cabernet Sauvignon. This gravy has wonderful notes of onion, garlic, red wine, a bit of a pepper kick and a wonderful herby flavor from fresh thyme. It has become my favorite gravy and I hope it will become yours too.
