The only thing better than a cookie, in my opinion, is a filled cookie.  And if you like peanut butter, these cookies are all about peanut butter.  I also like the oats in this recipe.  Oats make any cookie seem a little healthier to me.  I recommend making the cookies on the small side.  By the
