I recently took part in an e-mail 'recipe exchange' - you forward on an e-mail to 10 friends who in turn forward it to 10 of theirs.  Those 100 people are then supposed to send you a recipe.  A great idea.  I should confess that I only received 5 rather than 100, but they are all
