It's leftovers day here at t.o.k. The other night I went pretty much all store bought for dinner. Pork chops marinated in a guajillo chili paste, a pineapple salsa and coconut rice. The only thing I had to do that night was grill the pork chops and warm the rice. It was all pretty good
