Growing up, the only time I would eat Fritos is when my mom would serve them alongside tuna sandwiches she'd sometimes resort to as a dinner. It wasn't until after college, when I was scrounging to make my own meals, that I came across this recipe, given to me by my friend, Sharry.  I fell
