This strawberry avocado salad is so simple, yet so delicious. I am always looking for new ways to liven up salad. We all can get stuck in a rut sometimes when it comes to salad. My rut happens to be lettuce, tomato and cheddar cheese. I love that combination, but I get bored with it.
