Note* - Teriyaki Sauce is traditionally made with fresh ginger. But, I couldn't get my hands on any despite going to two different markets. I did, however, have some pickled ginger in the fridge. Thinking - why not? That little vinegar zing can only help, I used it instead of fresh and the results were even better. So, I'm leaving it in. Serendipity!
