When we completed our last cross-country drive the summer of last year, we decided to have a little fun and plan our stops based on major barbecue cities in the United States. We stopped in Kansas City and picked up ah-mazing barbecue from Joe's Kansas City at their original gas station location, Sugarfire in Oklahoma City,
