Stop what you are doing and make this! This is one of those recipes/ideas I have been thinking about for weeks (because that's what I tend to do) that came out exactly how I imagined.  Our taste buds were pleased. Start by making the remoulade so it can get married....Easy, just mix the ingredients together.
