Place 4 licorice pieces in a blender or food processor and pulse until the licorice is chopped into small bits.  Pour your licorice bits into a bowl and rinse out your blender.  I just went a head and made the pudding in my blender,  I figured it would save time and less clean up.  Place milk and pudding mix into your blender, I followed the directions for amounts of milk that were on the pudding package.  Set up cups on a baking pan  and sprinkle a few teaspoons of licorice bits into each cup, next pour pudding ¾ of the way to the top of the cup.  Sprinkle more licorice bits on top of pudding,  place craft sticks in the center of each cup.  The pudding had set up at this point and the sticks held themselves in place really well.  Place pan in freezer let freeze for 3 - 4 hours or until frozen.
