Cherry Sponge Cake Ingredients 1 c. butter 1 1/2 c. white sugar 4 eggs 1 tsp. almond extract 2 c. all-purpose flour 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling 2 tbsp. confectioners sugar (for dusting) Instructions Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 10 x 15-inch jelly roll pan. In a large bowl, cream
