Had a little brunch the other Sunday and along with an app of Tequila Cured Salmon with Charred Jalapeño Cream we had this terrific Black Bean & Corn Frittata. Was pretty darn good I must say. Easy too. Left plenty of time to sip on that cold, cool bloody mary sittin' on the counter next
