It sounds fancy but this is only one extra ingredient than regular quinoa.  I like to add a little something extra to my side dishes because they really help to elevate the whole meal.  Doesn't Orange Scented Quinoa sound so fancy but it is seriously simple.  The secret extra ingredient- Orange Marmalade!  Isn't that easy!
