Note: The amount of heat in these can be adjusted easily. If you like things really spicy, simply increase the amount of chipotle peppers and adobe sauce in the meat mixture, up to double what's listed. If you want them to be nice and mild, omit the chipotle peppers, but add 1 teaspoon of chili powder to the meat mixture instead. It will be much milder but will still be nice and flavourful.
