I made this delicious Qdoba style chicken in preparation for my Qdoba chicken burrito bowls yesterday and we LOVED it. The secret to charring to making this chicken moist and tender on the inside and charred on the outside is the addition of fresh squeezed orange juice to the marinade. The orange combined with lime,
