Grilling a little chicken tonight. A whole chicken - seasoned with lots of lemon pepper and fresh rosemary, then split open and pressed flat so it cooks evenly and the skin gets nice and crisp. Maybe crack a nice bottle of cold Oregon Pinot Gris to go with...? Now, that's a nice summer evening.
