Now that's a loooong title. Which is kind of funny since this is such an easy and uncomplicated dish to make. A "paillard", by definition, is simply a piece of meat, pounded thin and grilled. So, I suppose, calling this a grilled chicken paillard is somewhat redundant. Well, whatever you want to call it -
