Um, Tuesday is officially declared "Taco Night" at our house. They're so GOOD! Even though they're really good they do tend to get boring rather quickly (at least to me but don't tell my kids that). I've decided to shake things up a bit, so I decided to make something a little different, Potato Nachos.
