Jampong is one of my favorite Korean noodle soup. Perfect for the cooler weather and if it's not obvious enough, anything that involves seafood, has a higher chance of getting my vote :) Jampong is pretty easy and quick to prepare and can't be more satisfying. If udon is not your favorite noodle (my daughter
