This granola has subtle ginger and lemon so that this granola tastes more fresh and bright than many granolas. Be sure to add any pre-roasted nuts or seeds and the dried fruit after baking. If you desire larger chunks of granola you can cook it without stirring and allow it to cool before breaking apart, otherwise give it a couple of stirs during the cooking process. Be sure to watch the granola closely as it can go from just toasty to burnt quickly. Serve with milk, yogurt, oatmeal, or simply by itself.
