This looks so good, I had to post it. This is a couponer's kinda dish. Many of the ingredients are things we coupon for! Smoked Sausage, Olive Oil, Pasta, Ro-Tel, Cheese  and Chicken Broth. I am sure we can make this for pennies per serving! The recipe calls for Penne Pasta but just use whatever
