I'm not a huge fan of Gingerbread but I've been meaning to make it for quite some time. You see my husband, Jon, has been talking and raving over this darn Gingerbread Cake with Caramel Sauce that some baker lady used to make for a restaurant he worked at during our short stay in Maine... Now
