Cheesecake. I love it and I've decided that I don't make it often enough, I'm not quite sure why.  Oh yeah, probably because I would eat the entire thing.  Anyone else love cheesecake as much as I do? I love them all! Baked or not baked are both perfectly ok in my world.  I don't
