My dear Husband John grew up in Alabama and loves anything Cajun, Southern or Spicy. I decided to make this Crock Pot Kielbasa and Shrimp Stew Recipe which I almost called Crock Pot Cajun Shrimp Stew for him. I just wasn't sure what to call it. John called it absolutely delish and a must make again soon.
