Chocolate Chip Cookies are my favorite type of cookie. So, when I saw this recipe for Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars I knew I had to try it.  These cookie bars are the perfect snack or a great dessert for dinner or lunch. There’s a little surprise in the recipe it starts with a yellow cake
