I can't wait to watch Disney's new movie, Inside Out. I love that it talks about emotions. I started talking to my daughter about emotions when she was very little. I even own several children books about emotions and feelings. We also like to make faces with different emotions when making Mini Fruit Pizzas. I use any available situation or opportunity to talk about emotions. I want her to be able to express herself and communicate in an emotionally healthy way.
