A while ago, I posted a recipe for granola that creates those marvelous clumps that we all love (don't we all? It's sort of like winning the jackpot when you find one). The key ingredient to helping create those clumps is peanut butter. Shockingly as it sounds, some days, I just don't crave peanut butter.
