And here is the continuation of the previous dashi post! Chawanmushi is a popular Japanese side dish that I made immediately after I made the dashi because it is one of my top favourite Japanese dishes ever. I love how the egg custard is so silky soft, tender and quivers under the slightest pressure. It is also
