Craving something salty, sweet AND crunchy? These Kale Chips are so good. I love the way the honey coats the chips. I'd pick these over heavy feeling regular potato chips 9 times outta 10 ;). I came up with this recipe after looking online and finding I didn't have time for spinning and drying the kale (or time to do the extra dishes). Now it's fast and easy so I make them all the time!
