Sometimes I think our family is a little quirky. Okay, maybe a lot. We like to keep dinner fun and each week we have themed nights. For instance, there's Slow Cooker Sunday, Manwich Monday and my husband's favorite, Taco Tuesday. We don't necessarily have tacos every single Tuesday, but some sort of Mexican themed dish.
