While I could happily chow down on Mexican food several times a week (tacos, tostadas, chips and guacamole, fresh garden salsa... bring it ALL on) I'm not a huge fan of margaritas. They are a one and done drink for me so if I'm going have one, it better be good. And these fresh Watermelon Margaritas
