I asked Mom what she wanted me to make for this Mother’s Day themed post celebrating her.  And she had nothing.  Not a single idea. So I went ahead and chose something.  Something springy.  Something fancy but not too fancy.  Something Mom worthy, not that any dessert could really express how much I love Mom.
