A delicious American style salad which I've altered by swopping chopped grapes for the Sydney favourite, avocado. This more-ish salad includes shredded rotisserie chicken and a great crunch and freshness from finely chopped celery. It all comes together with a creamy mayo, yoghurt and lime dressing. Eat this on crackers, on sourdough toast, on salad, in lunch boxes or just on its own.
