Mint and Chocolate? Yes! A perfect combination! I absolutely love those little rectangular candies called "Andes Chocolate Mints" and this cake closely resembles it. Rich chocolate sponge cake and mint cream are so tasty together and moist, you can't stop at one piece. Very much enjoyable with a cup of hot coffee :) Oh yum!
