Pork and chives dumplings(28-32 dumplings)
A while ago I made Ha Gow/Shrimp dumplings and I'm very pleased by the result of the thin transparent skins. The chives in our front yard is bushing like no other's business. They have such pretty purple blooms too. So, I thought, what the heck, let't make more dumplings. One can't have too many dumplings
