A nutritious cold soup loaded with the fresh produce of summer.  This recipe came out of necessity.  With temperatures nearing 120 degrees here in Arizona I was in desperate need of some easy and delicious recipes that didn't involve me turning on my oven.  Summer has just started and I have many 100 degree days
