I adore fresh-made jam. There's nothing like it- especially if you slather it on a fresh-from-the-oven muffin. Yum. I started making jam years and years ago and love trying new varieties. I was a little skeptical about adding lemon but the result was incredible. Honestly, this has got to be my all-time favorite jam ever.
