Today is a chocolate day, I'm tired after a long trip home from Iceland late last night. An amazing country, lovely friendly people, stunning landscapes and really delicious food. But more on that another time. So, feeling very tired and in need of a sweet treat today, I made these delicious easy peasy crunchy chocolate
