Chocoley.com, a gourmet chocolate company I discovered a while ago, sent me some fun Easter candy supplies recently. I put them to use in this rich, delicious variation on peanut butter cups. I swapped out the milk chocolate for white chocolate and instead of peanut butter I used jam to create a sweet, creamy filling.
