Peppermint Fudge ~at the holidays I like to have loads of different treats to have on hand to share, cookie swap, donate, gift, and just plain enjoy. Anyone that likes that much diversity finds that the more ingredients you can use in more than one recipe makes shopping easier. And the easier the recipe the faster the baking goes. This fudge has only three ingredients an takes less than 10 minutes to prepare. Just throw it into the fridge and you are good to go.
