My children are not fond of brussels sprouts. Not at all. They find it gross. Very very gross. But actually I want them to learn to eat a lot of food varieties, so they learn to eat (almost) everything. With happy faces. Therefor I adapt recipes so some of the vegetables are slightly less prevalent. As in Brussels
