I had a brainstorm! Could I make a grilled cheese using pancakes? Yes! These turned out great! I just took one of my pancake recipes, modified it slightly, then put sharp cheddar cheese in between. Totally delicious and I'll definitely make these again. The only thing I wish I had was this square mold, so
