As winter draws in I start to crave proper comfort food. A cosy family roast dinner followed by an Apple Crumble, served with cream or ice cream. (FYI I hate custard.) There is something so warming and lovely about a dish like this, part nostalgia, part cosy deliciousness. So this is my favourite apple crumble recipe.
