Y'all. I finally did it. I took a seminar about wine tasting a paring. At long last I have a bit more knowledge other than: "I like that" or "I don't really like that, but I'll still drink it." The seminar was apart of the IFBC (that's the International Food Bloggers Conference for you commoners.)
