I absolutely love artichokes and am always looking for a good recipe that includes them. I love them prepared anyway, but I especially love them stuffed! Don’t be discouraged to make these because they look fancy; you certainly won’t have to slave for hours in the kitchen. They are actually quite easy to make and are very “hands off” so you will be able to cook the rest of your dinner while these delicious artichokes are cooking.
