Swedish meatballs are one of my favorite comfort foods.  Tasty meatballs filled with warm spices, a creamy beef gravy & fluffy egg noodles... how can you beat that!?  There are many different recipe variations out there; some are as easy as adding frozen prepared meatballs to a mix of jarred brown gravy & sour cream.
