Happy (Almost) Thanksgiving!!  What are you thankful for this year? While I'm incredibly thankful for my husband and family, one other thing I've been thankful for is my Instant Pot!  It may sound silly, but this crazy cool appliance has been a lifesaver for me this Fall during my health journey and brief stint on the GAPS
