This savory frittata with sweet leeks, creamy goat cheese, and delicately earthy sage make for a lovely blend of flavors. A note about my Oven Safe Skillet: I prepare this frittata in a cast iron skillet that can be transferred from stove top to broiler. If your skillet cannot be transferred to the oven/broiler, you will have to carefully transfer your frittata to a broiler pan for the last broiling step.
