The pumpkin obsession continues... So, the cinnamon pumpkin fries were pretty good, but they gave me another great idea!  What about pumpkin crisp?? Apple crisp- delicious.  Peach crisp- yummy.  Nectarine and blueberry crisp- scrumptious. Really, anything topped with butter, brown sugar, and oats- amazing! So, why not pumpkin??
